Effective Date: May 15, 2026. At Woodland Armory we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This page outlines our warranty policy and how it works with manufacturer warranties.
1. Our 90-Day Limited Warranty
We provide a 90-day limited warranty on all products purchased from our store, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. What is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials or poor craftsmanship
  • Items that arrive damaged or do not function as intended due to defects
3. What is NOT Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, etc.)
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow care instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes (unless specified)
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim (Within 90 Days)
  1. Contact us within 90 days of delivery at sales@sjhardware.us
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
  3. We will review your claim (usually within 1–2 business days).
  4. If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
We may require you to return the defective item for inspection. Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by us.
5. Manufacturer Warranty (After 90 Days)
After the initial 90-day period, all remaining warranty coverage is provided directly by the product manufacturer.
  • You must contact the manufacturer using the warranty information included with your product or available on their website.
  • We will happily provide you with the manufacturer’s contact details and any relevant warranty documentation upon request.
  • Please note that manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Some may be longer (1 year, 2 years, lifetime, etc.), while others may be shorter.
6. General Warranty Limitations
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that violate the terms above.
  • Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
