Shotgun magazine extensions are one of the most effective upgrades you can make. More rounds on board without changing your platform — but only if the system runs reliably under recoil.
We carry extensions for the most common platforms: Remington 870, Mossberg 500/590, Benelli M4, and more. Every extension we stock is tested for fitment, spring quality, and feeding consistency.
FAQ
How do I know which magazine extension fits my shotgun?
Extensions are platform-specific. Match by your shotgun model — Remington 870, Mossberg 500/590, Benelli M4, etc. If you are unsure, check your barrel thread size or contact us and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
How many rounds does a magazine extension add?
Most extensions add 2 to 5 rounds depending on the model and shell length. We list the capacity increase for each extension in the product description. Keep in mind that 3-inch shells reduce capacity compared to 2.75-inch shells.
Do I need to replace my spring when installing an extension?
Yes. Adding tube length without upgrading the spring causes feeding problems. Most of our extension kits include the appropriate spring. If you are purchasing a tube only, make sure to grab the correct replacement spring as well.
Will a magazine extension affect reliability or feeding?
A quality extension installed correctly with the right spring should not affect reliability at all. Problems almost always come from using the wrong spring length, a poor-quality extension, or improper installation. Follow the install steps and use the right components.
