At Woodland Armory, every step — from the products we choose to carry to the moment your order arrives at your door — is handled with the same standard: no compromise, pure performance.

Step 1: Product Selection

It starts before anything ever hits the site. Founder Scott Mueller personally evaluates every product considered for Woodland Armory. That means hands-on testing under real conditions — not just reading spec sheets or trusting manufacturer claims.

If a product doesn't perform to Scott's standard, it doesn't get listed. Period. What you see on WoodlandArmory.com has already been vetted by someone who shoots and knows what reliable performance actually looks like.

Step 2: Sourcing from Trusted Partners

Once a product earns its place, we source it directly from trusted manufacturers and partners — including S&J Hardware, whose premium Canadian-made accessories we've been distributing in the US since 2015.

Every product in our inventory is authentic, properly stored, and ready to ship.

Step 3: Order Fulfillment

When you place an order, we get to work. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way so you always know where your gear is.

We're based in Minneapolis, MN — shipping to customers across the USA.

Step 4: After the Sale
